HELP

Anxiety is a permanent companion for some.
To some, it comes and goes like a distant relation visiting on holidays.
And to some, it is just a myth created by the weak.

What baffles me is the ignorance among the oh-so-literate!

The minds of us, proud humans, are designed so that it is nearly impossible for us to accept that we need help.

Help getting things out of the car
Help doing the dishes
Help writing as essay
I am not talking about any one of these.

The real courage is to stand up and admit to the world that I need support.
Real professional help.

What is stopping you, I ask?

No one will understand

They will think I am crazy.

I probably won't get better anyway.

SADISM

It takes you a while to realize what has actually happened to you.
One bright morning you wake up from a disturbing dream and realize that the dream has become your life.
Just like that.

But the impending despair!
The clock ticking up above
Like a pen counting all the joy you have
Just to take it away

The major problem is the admission.
You cannot sit down and admit to yourself that you are in fact in trouble.
How can you, when the world sees you to be so independent that you assume yourself to be that way.

WADING OUT OF DEPRESSION

Hey its depression season people!

Lets be depressed together about how the load shedding is infrequent in some areas while light doesn’t come at all in some

How at aftar parties people who didn’t fast eat the most

How Amer Liaqat shouts “Tukkay lagao mussalamano”, I hope one of these days “Musalamans” at his show will start “Nashanay lgao Musalamano” and shoot the damn pseudo-Molvi for good

All We Need Is Just A Little Patience!

Whenever I sit and write a blog, I know for sure that no one is going to read it.And if they do, no one is going to like it. but screw it all! One writes for one's self anyway, I tell myself.

Life is most complicated in your own mind. It becomes worse when your mind doesn't shut up no matter how severely you tell it to. Life is never fair too but you gotta live it. Smile. Head high. Breath in. Breath out. Now ready to face another round.

The bravest thing, I used to believe, was to never let anyone know about your problems, to not cry in front of anyone and never tell anyone how depressed you really are. But time always has better plans for you. Because when in need, the bravest thing to do is to ask for help and then accept it.
too bad Hogwarts isnt real :'(
